Oracle IEX Bankrupcy
Hi,
I am having some issues with Bankrupcies. I was able to successfully create a Bankrupcy in Lifecycle Tab, Update Account customer status to Bankrupt and automatically assign Bankruptcy Strategy. However, when I tried to update bankruptcy information both as a Collections Agent and Collections Manager I was not able to do this. Received an error stating I needed to contact system administrator.
Also when looking at History Tab Late Stage Delinquencies I do not see any Bankrupcies.
Can anyone tell me what I am missing in this process?
