Generic connector not work on OIG 12c PS3

in Identity Management (MOSC) Question

Hi all,

I'm trying to use generic connector to import my dummy user data to OIG 12.2.1.3, but it not work.

Do any one have same problem? Or I'm doing something wrong?

There are my configurations:

I do not found Password and employeeType attribute on OIM part.

The screen shot in document guide show like this, may be it is in 11g version:

And attach file is my dummy data (Oracle not allow attach csv so I change it to txt)
