Increase Green Banner Confirmation Time on Direct Deposit /Employee Self Service

On Employee Self Service Direct Deposit page once after i change the slider at the bottom a green confirmation banner appears on top of the page for 4 to 5 seconds and then disappears. Some users may not have sufficient time to read the whole green banner confirmation save message in 4 seconds. Is there a way to increase the green banner confirmation message time to display for 10 seconds?
