Not able to send dunning for inactive customer

Some of the customer are inactivated because business doesn't what to bill any more, but these customers are still in Delinquent status and collection needs to follow up with them.

We are facing issue for dunning letters, these are getting error because the account is not active. we use Strategies for collections and how to address this situation.
