Anyone had an issue with setting up a user through My services interface?
Currently, I have a group of users that were added to SSO using Myservices platform. Users claim they have not received an email with their temporary account password ?
I have tried removing users and re-adding but that has not corrected the issue.
I currently am unable to delete users from GL_USER and USER_ASSOCIATION tables.
Is there a way to get user a new temporary password even though their account has never been fully setup ?
Any advice the community could provide would be appreciated !
