How to create an outbound webserivce using Integrated SOA Gateway

in Core Workflow - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

      We are using oracle 12.2.4, We have a PL/SQL package we want to convert it into outbound web service through ISG. Could anyone provide us a correct document or step to create an outbound interface.
