Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Why am I getting this error when I copy a project from one database to another?

File: E:\pt85613b-retail\peopletools\src\pssys\pjmaccess.cppSQL error. Stmt #: 1340 Error Position: 82 Return: 1843 - ORA-01843: not a valid month

Failed SQL stmt: SELECT COUNT(*) FROM PS_MAINTENANCE_LOG WHERE UPDATE_ID = :1 AND DTTM_IMPORTED = :2

It looks like the project copies but the error comes up at the end.
