PeopleSoft FLUID Footer page PT_FOOTER_SAVEONLY issue

Hi All,

We are trying to convert one of the simple classic page into FLUID  and while converting added PT_FOOTER_SAVEONLY footer page in the component. We can see SAVE button appears at the bottom of the page save works as delivered but we could see issue on small form factor devices. when we try to update any data on the mobile device on this page footer page covers the columns and not able to see what columns we are updating on the page. Could you please let us know if any insights into this issue.

And also we on the classic page Static text appears correctly but after converting to FLUID it shows left aligned , how to make it to center aligned ?
