What settings are required for the EOFM Service and Service Operations(security, handlers, routings, etc..) to use Form and Approval builder?
When no Operations are active, I receive errors requiring EOFM_MENU and EOFM_LIST to be activated.
When I activate the handler and local routing for Service Operation EOFM_MENU, I get duplicate listings when I press the 'Fill out a new form' button.
