Randomly EMAIL notification is not getting generated for seeded GL Journal Workflow process

Hi All,

Users are not getting email notifications for GL Journal approval randomly - verified data at wf notification - showing mail status as failed but when we retry the approval via workflow administrator responsibility - able to receive the email notification. Verified wf user table randomly data is getting purged and repopulated based on workflow notification requests for same user.

Could you please help on - how to debug the root cause of this issue.
