Database Setup for a Performance Monitor Database

This is my first time building an initial peoplesoft database.  I am stuck on the Data Mover database setup step and don't really want to move forward until I have a better understanding.

The purpose of this database is to host Performance Monitor.  So in this case, I am not trying to install a product, but just a 8.57.08 PeopleTools system database.

I have been following the instructions in the PeopleSoft 9.2 Applciaton Installation on Oracle (PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.57) - Chapter 6c Creating a Database Manually on Unix.  I have created the DB Server Componenets, RDBMS Software and have run the provided scripts (createdb.sql, utlspace.sql etc...) and am at the point where I have launched Data Mover in bootstrap mode and selected File->Setup Database Setup.
