Extract pre and post requisite bugfix details in PUM

Our organization is using PUM regularly to provide bugfix details to our customers. We currently gather bugfix pre and post requisite details by accessing the package through the PIA and individually downloading the details for each fix.  In cases where multiple fixes are involved, this process is somewhat time-consuming.

Can anyone suggest a more efficient method of extracting the pre and post requisite details - possibly through a sql ?
