How to use encrypted password while executing any PTF using an app engine?

Hi

I am trying to execute PTF test cases via an appengine.  The execution option is passed via the runcontrol page and the required parameters are selected from PSPTTSTOPTIONS record for the given execution option. I am now wondering how to use the encrypted password stored in the PTTST_EXOP_APP_PWD field of PSPTTSTOPTIONS in the command line parameter fro -CP. Has anyone done anything similar to this?
