Workflow worklist loading perfromance issue post EBS R12.2.8 upgrade

We have upgraded Oracle from  EBS R12.2.4 to  EBS R12.2.8 , after upgrade  ,few of the users are experiencing  performance  issue  during the loading of the workflow  worklist   upon login to  oracle EBS 

Please suggest
