MouseOver Popup is not working when try to add for existing pages in peoplesoft

Hi All,

When i try to add MouseOver PopUp page to the existing Custom page getting error saying that the Component setup may have Invalid record/field , please contact your system administrator.

I followed the attached instructions. on the Custom page  we have PERSON_NAME .NAME field (Related field) and Emplid is mapped from work record field on the Level 0.

Please need your inputs or suggestions.
