HCM Manager Dashboard: Question on Related content actions?

Hi,

We are upgrading to HCM 9.2 Image 30 PT 8.55.14. Quiet few ESS / MSS pages were changed to fluid. However we are not planning to enable fluid at this time. One of the issue, is that under direct reports (Manager Dashboard fluid tile --> Direct Reports Pagelet) Click on any direct reports --> Actions --> Performance Documents --> Create Performance documents. Before upgrade this will take to Classic page. Now it's changed to Fluid. We have tried in related content service setups, but it seems to be same but not sure where the configuration to change back to classic.
