Has anyone encountered dates mismatch in close manager?

We're on the latest version of CM.  The properties box doesn't match the task for when a task starts / ends, not in all the tasks, just a few...  Anyone else seen this behavior?  Have attached a screenshot.  When you export the tasks, it's correct.  Have deleted all the tasks and re-imported, same issue.  Maybe create a new template?  Exporting, deleting, replacing, same results...  Bizarre
