Work Item status not changed from Pre-Wait to Open

Hi,

Could someone please help me on below issue.

Manual work item status is not moving from the status 'Pre-Wait' to 'Open' even after exceeding the number of Pre-Wait time which is set 2 days.

Our strategy was assigned on 11th of August and 1st work item which is dunning letter was sent on 12th.

As the Pre-Wait time is set to 2 days for next work item which is currently in Pre-Wait status, we are expecting it to be in open status by 14th but it is still under Pre-Wait status only.

Please also review the attached screen shot and data from IEX_STRATEGY_WORK_ITEMS for the work item in the question.
