Merging two R12 EBS systems into one

Hi all,

we have two R12 systems R12.1.3 where we have modules like GL, iProcurement, Purchasing, AP and FA and another system R12.2.4 where we have Inventory, OM, Service Contracts, AR etc. we want to merge the lower instance to the 12.2 4. I need to know the gaps between two. also i have questions around customizations like OAF page personailzation, extensions etc. We also have customization in seeded workflows and notifications. how these can be moved into higher version.
