DTMF Issues

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Hi

What would cause DTMF issues, We have PBX's sitting behind one realm and CUCM behind another realm - if the CUCM user dials a certain IVR they are able to choose any DTMF option, however if a use from the PABX realm dials the same IVR they are unable to choose one of the option it does not recognize one dtmf number "4" however the PBX users are able to call to any other IVR and DTMF is recognized- this certain IVR sits behind the CUCM

any ideas as what could cause this? this has worked on the PBX prior to been migrated to the SBC
