Siebel Dedicated Client - Runtime event giving WF error

Hi All,

We are simulating a workflow, it has an operation step to Insert a new SR record, There is an RTE on set field value of a field which triggers a WF. Below error is encountered during simulation:

Error updating business component at step 'Siebel Operation 0'.(SBL-BPR-00187)

This error is returned when the workflow/task is executing the Siebel Operation business service.(SBL-BPR-00100)

Cannot execute workflow process definition 'My WF Process' because it either does not exist, it is not Active, it has expired, or it was recently updated and re-published using a different Row ID.(SBL-BPR-00158)

I was able to get below error from log:
