Access to Supplementary Panel?

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if there is security access required to see the Supplementary Panel used by Simplified Analytics? I am able to see it whenever I am in a demo environment and have ALLPAGES, but when logged in as a regular user in our actual environments, the Supplementary Panel is not there.

So far I haven't been able to locate either a component/page-level access or web library related to it. Access to the PTPG_WIZ_MENU menu and PTPG_ANARPT_LST / PTPG_REPORT_WIZ components in particular don't appear to make a difference.
