Cannot able to get Mobile Optimized API after following 1923702.1

Hi All,

We are using EBS 12.2.6 as part of our requirement we need Mobile Optimized API for EAM and Inevntory we followed this document 1923702.1 and applied the server side patches for SCM and EAM i.e..,Patch 26728844:R12.SCM_PF.C , Patch 28045384:R12.EAM.C which should deliver the Mobile Optimized API as per https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E18727_01/doc.121/e64384.pdf .

Can we know why we are not getting those API's ? Are they available ? Are we missing any steps ? like we actually applied patches but we didn't do all the setups after the patch. Please help us resolve in this.
