Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. If anyone has details of what the SamRefreshView function in Refresh Materialized Views Application Engine does, please share.

SamRefreshView function is used in AE PeopleCode PTMATREFVW.MAIN.Step01 and does not seem to be documented in PeopleBook.
