Grid issue

Hi , I am trying to add the grid on page. It has 1 grid present on level 1. I want to add the grid on same level1 for different record. It is giving me error like 

I am trying to add grid for CITIZENSHIP record. I can not add it on level 2 ad my key structure does not permit it.

Please help me
