Item Subinventories web adi

I'm working in the health industry where Item Subinventories are heavily used to process replenishment counts for hospital wards and departments. Maintaining the item records on these Item Subinventories is extreamly time consuming. Commonly only the following fields are populated; Item, Min-Max Planning, Min Quantity, Max Quantity, Type, Organisation.

WebADI is something I think would make the process a whole lot easier. Has anyone done this before and can give me some guidence?

Research tells me there is an interface table available MTL_ITEM_SUB_INVS_INTERFACE but it's not supported and there is no API available. Currently using 12.2.4

Desired WebADI capability;
