EBS 12.1 - How do I launch a worflow from an EBS Concurrent Process

Is there a document outlining the steps needed to launch a workflow from a concurrent process in EBS?  Some examples?  And would the sql need to use both the CREATEPROCESS() as well as the STARTPROCESS()?  How do I determine what the itemkey is?  i need a good document on this if there is one.
