EM Hub missing Web Server

After applying CPUJun2019 & PT 8.56.18 to my Demo environment, including rebuilding my PIA, App, and Prs servers, I cannot get my PUM 014’s 8.57.07 CA to find my Demo PS_CFG_HOME...even though that very Demo PIA is serving as the EM Hub.

I am wondering if there might be a bug since it did find a couple old backed-up domains and updated them in a previous attempt! I tried again by moving my old 8.56.05 and 8.56.14 domain copies outside an updated configuration.properties’ “windowsdrivestocrawl=d:/app”. Crawling finds the App and PS homes under that dir, but not the CFG.

How may I get EM Hub to recognize my Web Server?
