Restrict End-user capabilities in OIG 12c

Hi all,

Have any way to disable [Manage] tab for End-user of OIG 12c?

I tried to config Self Service Capabilities but it can not restrict user to modify provisioned account information in [Manage] tab, when I set 'capability' equal 'addSelfAccounts'

My aim is let end-user could request account for self, also reset pw / enable / disable provisioned accounts, but not allow to modify them.
