Add Manager attribute to registration Page

Hello,

I need to add the user manager attribute to the registration page such that it has the search icon to select the manager.

I know how to add attributes to the registration page but I need help in adding the Manager attribute with search icon to be similar like the manager attribute in the create page.

Any idea how to do this?
