TDS is not calculating for particular tax category

Hi Team,

TDS is not calculating for particular tax category.

Tax Rate,Tax category, Party registration & withholding threshold setup configured.

Once validate the invoice "India TDS Processing  (India - TDS Processing Concurrent)" only program is triggering.

Could you please help me how to resolve this issue.
