Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

One of my college doesn't have "Request Host Account " as enable in the Managed could oracle support.

He want to raise a request for remote desktop.

Could you please let me know the steps to resolve.
