Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Sample file attached which has three rows first two rows goes into one record and third row goes into another record.

first 4 characters of the rows is the indicator for the rows to go into which record.
