HRMS database DMS import script failure - Out of sync bind error

I wasn't sure which area this question falls under.  We are trying to create a demo of 9.1 HRMS on tools 8.52.  Eventually we are going to create a 9.2 demo environment, but for now this is what we are setting up for a demonstration for this Friday.  We have never seen this error before and are under a time crunch.

We are running the DMS script that imports the hcengs.db file (first of the two import db files - next command in the DMS file will import hcengl.db).  The DMS script built commits every 50000 rows, but when it gets to 3.65m rows in a particular table, the DMS script fails.
