OID domain while try to delete oid instance, can not delete

Hi,

we have newly created oid 12.2.1.3 instance

we created two oid instances as system conmponents part of creating domain with ./config.sh

domains was created successfully and nodemanager and admin server also started fine.

we have also removed ons.jar for Product/FMW/oracle_common/lib

Now we are trying to do oid_setup,

which we are able to connect to weblogic server.

./wlst.sh

connect('user','***',',url')

connection is Successful

Now

oid_setup(orcladminPassword='<WLSPassword>',odsPassword='<DBPassword>',realmDN='dc=<domain>,dc=<ext>',port='<httpPort>',sslPort='<SSLPort>')

It throws following exception:
