PSn/Vision Server Memory - High Memory Allocation Error

We are experiencing Memory allocation errors when we run nVision reports with OPENXML option. This happens only when we run report book with multiple report requests that cause CPU usage 99% . If I run this layout by itself it run's successfully without any error messages. But If I add this layout to report book with other layouts and run the report book, we get the memory allocation error.
