User Security Issue when managing Stock Counts

Hi, We are on Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service 16.0.30.

While editing a stock count we are receiving the following error : Due to your user group associations with the merchandise or organizational hierarchies, you do not have visibility to Stock Count 10007

We have the following table updated - SEC_USER, SEC_GROUP , SEC_USER_GROUP
Are we missing any configuration? Any suggestion will be much appreciated !
