Run control update registry does not show fields that are on subpages in the Run Control page.

I am trying to Register "PC_AP_TO_PC" Application Engine in the Run Control Update Registry. But when I try to add the fields from the Run Control it does not show the "Thru Date" Field as it is in a Subpage.

Is this a bug or the desired functionality?
