Getting high vulneribility issue when running IBM security tool in PeopleSoft 8.54.19+ELM9.2 applica

Our security team runs the security scan on quarterly basis. We are getting the below high vulnerability issues. Does any one has any idea or solution in order to get rid of these vulnerabilities and make the result of the scan clean.

1) Blind SQL Injection

2) Cross-Site Scripting

3) Microsoft Windows MHTML Cross-Site Scripting and

4) File Paramater Shell Command Injection'
