How to configure TDS rate for Plant & Machinery and Land & Building under 194I

Hi

How can we define two rates i.e. for Plant & Machinery and Land & Building under same section 194I. As system doesn't allow to select two rates for same TDS section in TDS threshold setup.

There is additional TDS section i.e. 194I-A & 194I-B, can we use these two sections? but as per GST rule these sections are for "Transfer of certain immovable property other than agriculture land" & "Rent by Individual / HUF" respectively with different threshold amount.
