Bank Recon Setup

We are upgrading from Image 9 to 30 and Tools 8.53 to 8.57 with a go-live on October 13.

We recently noticed that the Bank Recon process always reports that it cannot find system transactions. I know this is related to the new setup after Image 18. I set it up according to the document on Oracle Support and ran the SQL process but the recon process still says it cannot find system transactions.

Any suggestions or screen shots of how your system is set up would be greatly appreciated.
