Oracle Access Manager and eBusiness Suite Integration

I want to upgrade/re-implement Oracle SSO with Oracle Access Manager and integrate it with eBS 11.5.10.CU2. Should I upgrade OSSO to OAM with eBS 11.5.10.CU2 before I look at eBS 12.2.X or do the eBS upgrade first? Is OAM integrated with eBS any more complex in eBS 11i than eBS R12?
