Failed to allocate PAC buffer for NP2MBCD

Hi There

We have pair of 4600 packet running in HA mode and health score drop to 0 on both SBC for some reason. Upon check alarms we noticed error message "Failed to allocate PAC buffer for NP2MBCD" with 1 count but not sure how to troubleshoot this further and bring health score back to 100 on both.

It would be great that if you could shed some lights.
