Performance tuning best practices for inbound web services (Doc ID 2107536.1)
Hi All
Kindly, I have web service for creating a service request which is taking between 20 to 30 seconds to complete some times 60 seconds,
as per oracle document in the subject, there are 2 points for tuning the performance to deactivate any un-used web service or workflow,
my question is there is any way to identify the web service which is not triggered during the last 2 months?
and same for workflow, is there is any way to identify the workflow which is not triggered during last 2 months?
My Siebel version: 8.1.1.10
Note: I am facing the same issue with another web service for creating a contact address.
