Hi, I have a vested interest in the above

We have a workgroup set of 4/5 collector and unfortunately all new delinquencies are currently allocated to one Collector

I have not had to look a bugs for years

What sort of pathway can expect for this Bug?

What are the status codes 11 & 30?

To confirm; there is now patch available for 29710075?
