OID EM Console do not show Identity and Access Tab with oid instances

Hi,

When OID 12.2.1.3 installations done, with jdk1.8.0_144, on RHEL 7 we are getting EM console for OID domain with Application Tab, weblogic server and domain tabs and coherence tab.

But Can we get document How to get Identity and Access Tab with oid instances in EM console e.g. http://<host><Port>/em
