RSS Feed Outlook 2010 Error

Hi Team,

while implementing RSS Feed in Outlook with Security based RSS Feed ( PS Query RSS Feed ) ;

initially when RSS Feed was added Outlook ; It had asked People-soft User and  Password and feeds properly on Send/Receive button click

however later when I restarted my Laptop and opened Outlook to see the Feeds ; I got below error

Error:

"Outlook cannot download RSS Feed content;

TasK RSS Feed reported error you don`t have appropriate permission to perform this operation "
