How to restrict the Add attachment category for requisitions in iprocurement

We want to restrict the users to be able to select the attachment type category 'To Supplier' for the requisitions created in iprocurement.

e.g The users should not be able to select the category as 'To Supplier' while creating attachment for requisitions.

Steps> Login to the iprocurement >Create a purchase requisition>Add an attachment to the requisition>Select the Attachment Type> In the LOV for the Category the users should not be able to see the value 'To Supplier'

Is there a standard way to achieve this?
