nVision 3 tier connecting resulting in error "SqlRequest request is disallowed because it is from un

We have nVision installed on Windows 2016 servers to allow users to log in and run nVision in a 3tier mode.

This options worked for PTools 8.56.06 but now we upgraded to Ptools 8.57.06 and getting the error "SqlRequest request is disallowed because it is from unexpected handler"

when connecting into nVision client using application server mode.
