OIM12c Disconnected Apps and AOB

I am creating some disconnected applications using the AOB process, but can't seem to figure out how to map Identity attributes to the new target.

Ideally, i can map these to a target form attribute which would then generate update tasks for admins to fulfill.

There is no Identity Attribute column.

Additionally,

There is no validation or Global Configurations available to be set.

Is there a way to map attributes that need admins to keep track of in target systems?
